Should be zero stars. The part I had to assumable came with defective parts and driving my new moped for only 15 miles the head light and turn signs went out. Rear fender came so bent it rubs on the tire. Did they help me with my problems? No, they ignore my calls and emails. Won't even talk to me about a refund or replacing the messed up parts they sent me. Don't not buy from them. At this point I'd trust a crackhead on Craigslist then them.

We have been in constant contact with you, please do not make false statements. We just received your email today and our Tech Support will be contacting you today, regarding the headlight/turn signal, bent bracket on the fender, and speedometer issue you are experiencing.
As mentioned previously, we will provide any parts damaged during shipping as per the warranty. Shipping Damage does not qualify for a return since it would be considered a minor issue.

Below is our procedure when processing Returned/Refused Vehicles per, the agreed upon, Shipping and Refund Policies.
The vehicle will be inspected once it has been received at our warehouse. Once inspected, we will email you a summary of our findings from the inspection. Pictures will be included in the Inspection Report.
If it is decided that the damage is minor (i. E., change of mind, damaged plastic parts, bad carburetor, damaged/broken gas tank, etc.), based off our mechanic’s inspection, you will be responsible for the 2-Way Shipping Fee and a 15% Restocking Fee.
If it is decided that the issue is due to a factory error/shipping damage, (i. E., bad engine, cut wires during shipping, broken frame, etc.), based off our mechanic’s inspection, then a full refund will be processed.
