The photo pillow I ordered came to me with whites way too washed out. Perhaps "higlights" and "shadow" could have been adjusted. The "shadow" adjustment should have been brought up and the "highlights" toned down a bit. My wife and I both are unhappy with the results. The pillow is a photo of my wife and our precious cat of 12 years who passed away recently and my wife really loved Sunny. She is still heartbroken over his passing. I ordered the pillow as a surprise for my wife, but she was disappointed with the blown out whites. Our cat Sunny was white, so it's difficult to even see any detail in his face.
