It has now been over a week since I ordered several items from Galls. I received an email three days later stating that my order had been filled and shipped the previous day via fedex smartpost. However, when I tried to check the tracking number, it said it did not exist. I called Customer Service and was told that it had not been shipped yet, and that it would not be going out fedex, but rather USPS. Here we are two days later and 8 days after I ordered, and according to USPS they still have not even received the package yet. Absolutely ridiculous. Why send me a confirmation email 5 days ago telling me everything had been shipped via fedex, when in fact, here we are 5 days later and it STILL has not shipped!
