V1CE Stole Nearly $600 from me! My Experience With V1CE Business Cards:

- August 22nd, 2023:

- I placed my order. I paid $591.33 for the three stand-up cards I had ordered and submitted my design. I received a confirmation email and information that explained to get the full benefits of the product I had just purchased I would have to pay a significant subscription fee. This information was not clear when I made my initial purchase.
- I got an email from * explaining the design process and received a link to set up the online site that would be connected to the product. The link disappeared before I was able to access it.

August 23rd, 2023

- I wrote to * explaining I wasn't able to access the link. He never answered. V1CE had my money. I didn't have service.

August 24th, 2023

- I got an email from * who apparently doesn't know *. * sent me a mock-up of my design. I expressed that it met my needs and asked if they had received my email to * about not being able to set up the site associated with the product. No answer.
- I got an email from * which said: "Excited Much"? LOL. Wow. Lot's of cooks in the kitchen but no-one is competent enough to provide customer service. I replied to this email explaining that I was still looking for the link to set up the site associated with my product.

August 25th, 2023

- I got an email from * who is apparently with "Customer Support and On-Boarding and high Queen of not-following up competently. She finally provided the links I asked the other three people for.

August 29th, 2023

- I got an email indicated the products had shipped and got a FAKE tracking number that didn't actually work.

August 31st, 2023

- I got an email asking if I had set up the websites for the products I was never to receive. V1CE had my $600 though so me receiving their "Revolutionary Product" was just an unimportant side detail.
September 1st, 2023

- I got an email, asking how I was enjoying the $600 product I never received. Not very much. Luckily as a single parent and owner of a small business, I have all the time in the world to create timelines and help incompetent people to do their jobs or to expose scams.
- V1CE should have known the package was never received, but I decided to try to help the situation by spoonfeeding them the information, writing: I'm not enjoying my new product because I still haven't received it. It's seems to be lost in the mail.

September 8th, 2023

- Still no response at the end of the business day, so I wrote again: Did I make a fraudulent purchase on your website? I'm not getting any reply and I didn't receive the product when I was told I would. Should I now reverse the charge on my credit card, make a complaint with the better business bureau and start the process of leaving reviews with my experience? Customer service isn't very good here.

September 9th, 2023

- V1CE wants to know if I've joined the V1CE Lounge? Wow! That sounds exciting! Is that where we stand around with other people's money providing no service or product? Count me in!

September 11th, 2023

- Nearly a week after sharing that I'd never received the product, * enters the fray! Hi *! What customer service do you have to not offer? Let's take a look! * Says:

First, we wanted to apologize on the delay as well as the inconvenience this has caused,

We will escalate this to our courier account manager; we will be in touch as soon as we get more information.

- He didn't actually say or offer anything, but the acknowledgement was nice after four days of waiting.

- Then helpful * writes back with this extremely helpful update from the curiours. Buckle-up for this one and put your helmet on. * is a special case that he thinks he's done something productive and helpful. See you in the VIP Lounge *!

Wow, *! You've provided excellent service! You are a true ambassador of the V1CE product, service and brand!

I emailed back, obviously incredoulously saying: "What is that supposed to mean? I'm also going to put a stop payment on my credit card and will contact the Better Business Bureau.

- Then we get * back for more incompetence. Her next response looks helpful at first. She writes:

Hello,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

This is *, and I'm stepping in for * for a minute, I hope you don't mind.

We sincerely apologise for this delay and recognise how inconvenient this has been for you. Your order has been escalated to the courier Manager and the response sent to you from * was, unfortunately, the response we received from them.

* has asked for further escalation, however, in the interim, your order is taking too long to get to you so it will be reprinted and reshipped.

We thank you for your patience in this matter as we work towards providing better service to you.

- * was back to her regular self and back to the V1CE brand of customer not-service in her next message:

I apologise for the miscommunication. When my colleague spoke to you, we received an update from the wrong courier, and based on that update (that the card wasn't found) I would have requested a reprint. Now that I have feedback from the correct courier and I know the order is on its way, we would observe it for a few more days before we take alternate action.

Please let us know by Thursday if there has been no further movement.

- As you can appreciate – I'm starting to lose my patience at this point. I've paid nearly $600 have wasted so much time with these incompetent idiots and have received nothing. I replied:

I ordered it over 20 days ago. I've ordered several other things from the UK in the same week and after that have already arrived. Why can't your carrier provide a delivery date?

- Incompetent * wrote back:

We're reprinting this order for you immediately. If you do receive the first order from the courier eventually, you can hold on to it, courtesy of us.

We apologize sincerely for the inconvenience to you and thank you again for the patience you've displayed so far. Please look out for your updated shipping info.

- I get an email from V1CE four days later after all of that. Was it confirmation they were going to refund my product and ship it priority shipping to salvage the situation?

NO

- The email was V1CE asking me to review their revolutionary product. I haven't even received confirmation the product was printed or shipped or anything.

September 16th, 2023

- V1CE sends me an email asking me to rate the service I've received. Why?

September 18th, 2023

- I send another email to V1CE explaining I haven't received any other communication and that I'm getting ready to start taking action and exploring my options. All of my options. No response.

September 22nd, 2023

- I get yet another email from V1CE asking for a review with a photo.
