Marc, personally handled the purchase of a very hard to get watch for me. I had been trying to get this watch from two other online retailers (one of which was Watchmaxx.com - terrible folks - they took my order and then would not fulfill bc the market for this watch went up in value before they received). Marc, communicated with me effectively updating me on each step and what to expect. He provided an even better price for this watch than any of the other retailers (even Watchmaxx.com who would not honor their price). This was my message to Marc upon receiving my watch:
"I just wanted to thank you again for above and beyond customer service. I am so pleased with my watch purchase from you. I received it at my office on Thursday, just as planned. It is one of my new favorites for sure. I will pass along your company info to any friends who are in the market for a new watch."
