I have used Bitiba in the past and never had a problem with them or their service.
My Deerhound has had nutritional problems for some time and has in the past few days been diagnosed with bad food allergies resulting in him requiring a totally hypoallergenic diet which I naturally wanted to start as soon as possible. I ordered a bag of food from Bitiba yesterday (Friday approximately 11am) and I have been notified that it should be with me by mid day today ( Saturday) so 24hours from ordering!
Not many British companies achieve this I'm sad to say!

Tip for consumers:
I think the shipping time is 1 - 3 days as long as the order is placed on a normal working day, Weekends or Bank Holidays would delay this of course.
Further to my review I have just answered my front door and the food has arrived so less than 24 hours from placing the order !!
