I have used Bitiba in the past and never had a problem with them or their service.
My Deerhound has had nutritional problems for some time and has in the past few days been diagnosed with bad food allergies resulting in him requiring a totally hypoallergenic diet which I naturally wanted to start as soon as possible. I ordered a bag of food from Bitiba yesterday (Friday approximately 11am) and I have been notified that it should be with me by mid day today ( Saturday) so 24hours from ordering!
Not many British companies achieve this I'm sad to say!
