What I see often is that posters like the rest of every one else makes choices and some times those choices are not wise. As to many of the people who reply to questions some may not be Lawyers but have reasonable knowledge of how to accomplish legal goals BUT in all honesty many issues require a Lawyer because they are just too complicated for a net forum.
