Placed order with 5 items mid-Oct-'23. Received the order within one week, but with 1 item missing. No response to multiple queries, via email or on the support chat on their website. The order page on their site shows order as completed, when it actually is not complete. Also, I can't find a phone number on their website or on the invoice, though that should not be an issue since all order related communications have been via their website offimart.com or through email.
