Blindster sent too little mounting hardware for the blinds I had ordered, and upon requesting the correct hardware, they sent the wrong hardware. After that, it was a battle trying to get ahold of them to send the correct hardware. Finally after 3 seperate emails and leaving one voicemail, Daniel from customer support got ahold of me and had them try sending another set of hardware. This hardware was also incorrect. I then sent in a picture with my next email and I am still waiting on the correct hardware, but am assured it is on the way.
