I needed a small couch, a king and queen size bed removed from my apartment. The representative gave me a quote on the phone. When the crew got there to pick it up, they quoted me $275.00 more to remove the items. My items were the same, their price wasn't. Their methods, in my case, were unethical and no better than slimy used car salesman tactics. I will NEVER use them again, nor do I recommend ANYBODY use their services.
