I originally wrote a terrible review about My Trip because I felt scammed when I purchased and then later needed a refund for around $500. I came to terms I would never be refunded and wrote a review saying how they scammed me, before moving on with my life. Several long months later- I woke up and looked at my bank account realizing they finally did refund me. Saw the refund finally came through so I decided to write a new review correcting my last review. They still need to be better with communicating and sending updates about the refund process. Their customer support needs a lot of improving, but I'm thankful I received my refund. I understand a lot of businesses were suffering during the huge covid-19 outbreak and if a company refunds everyone at the same time, they would go bankrupt so I have empathy... but that empathy is highlighted, mostly because I finally received my money back.
