I got one for Christmas 2023. It's now Feb 13 and it won't charge. It just flashes red….plugged it in for days. I think I should get a replacement….the warranty says only 30 day warranty. Evidently, the company doesn't stand behind their product.
Tip for consumers: Bril contacted me and sent me a replacement. There was a one year warranty, not 30 days that was posted on the web. They do stand by their product.
