The company should settle their shoppers'/employees' grievances. Because it is ruining the customer experience. Shoppers and delivery contractors beg for tips in spite of poor service and rush through orders because they are being time. Please replace middle managers dealing with customer complaints. Most of them just donut get it. Amazon Fresh and Fresh Direct are getter options!
