This bank is ridiculous and one of the most difficult to Full Beauty customer service could provide me with the correct return information needed to return the items. To obtain the correct return shipping information, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I received confirmation that Full Beauty received the items before my next bill was due. When these items were returned, I should have had a $0 balance on my account. Instead, they charged me a late fee of $37.00. From now on, I won't do business with Comenity Bank.
