My Samsung S6 died only showing a black screen and a green LED. It didn't react to any button combinations (e.g., Pwr, Vol+, Home). I just wanted to get my data (photos, contacts, conversations). So, I tried the free version of fonelab, which didn't work. I then purchased a license and the full version didn't work either. Contacted the support, submitted a dump file, but never received any guidance on what to do. I was only asked whether my PC recognized the phone. Stupid question: I wouldn't have needed their software in the first place if I could connect to the phone's hard drive with my PC... Asked for a refund because their software didn't do anything. The request for refund was denied. Pretty expensive for 3 slides of instructions on what key combinations to try... Just a big fraud...
