You sign up for the maximum and that appears to be what you get all month! 6 at a time to them means slow shipping and slow receiving so the member gets only 6 per month instead of 6 at a time. I shipped them back within 24-48hrshrs... it takes them about a week to say 'DVD received' and then another couple of days to ship the next... When you are a member with Netflix, you mail it back, they receive it in 24-48hrs and your next DVD is on the way that day. And god forbid you have a long list of wants. They have only one of each title so 99% of the items in the queue are LONG WAIT... which ends up being years! Probably one guy in his garage making believe he is a company! They recently went 'underground' because they have NO IDEA what customer service is... so not instead of renting they try to sell. BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM, check Walmart's website. At least a few dollars less than ClassicFlix and better customer service!
