Placed an order at the beginning of January and was promised it would be delivered by the 20th. Didn't turn up until a couple of days after that date after receiving tracking info stating it was coming from Singapore and then was held at Heathrow. This wasn't the end of the world as I didn't need it until beginning of Feb, however when opening the package the dress has completely different coloured beads sewn onto it which was nothing like the image of the dress online. Online it was an white dress with ivory beads and the received dress had gold beads. Adding on to this thread holding the beads on was hanging off all over the place, sticking out and in no way had been finished. Adding further to my disappoint was when my partner tried the dress on. She couldn't even get it on! We had measured before ordering the dress and used the online sizing guide to ensure we got the correct size however the dress that we received was completely mismatched in sizing... Then onto the fun and games with Her Dress Customer Service... On their website it clearly states "Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: Customers need to contact Herdress.co.uk Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your items. If your product arrives in a defective manner, mis-shipped or color error, you are qualified to get a full refund." We filled out the online form as requested to receive the returns form which we never had a response from. We then emailed directly including images of the dress to be told we could get an 8% refund, a little way away from a full refund!
Do not order from this company! Take your business elsewhere as Her Dress will just con you.
