When searching for a website to do the task I was looking for, this website said free owner report. Then it said I had to pay To get the owner information report, which I did only to find out there still wasn't any owner information. I had to buy a second subscription which I will not be doing.

Please know that all customers are welcome to run a preliminary search. The Preliminary Search accesses people’s databases to confirm that the information exists in the United States. It may not match the search results obtained in the member’s area based on the same search parameters.
Additionally, the notifications regarding additional fees for the Premium Reports are optional add-ons only. You can exit the pop-up notification, and it will continue running the search without additional fees.
I have also searched on my end to see if I could help yield the results for the License Plate you were searching for, but I was unsuccessful. It could be that the license plate might be restricted access under the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) protection. This may also happen if the information has been purposely removed for privacy, confidentiality, and security by an individual or the state.
