Their website only lets customers leave a review immediately after their purchase is made, thus their reviews have no merit. I placed several orders with nissanpartsdeal.com to help restore my 240sx. First I would receive an email 1-2 days after my order was placed stating that some items were actually discontinued (even though they were listed in stock) and would have to accept the new order with missing parts at the new price. Ok. Then, I would receive ANOTHER email 1-2 days later stating that many of the items were back ordered and being sent from different dealers to their store where they would repackage and send everything out. Wow. Then, when packages finally began to arrive, several of my items were wrong within the orders even though the part numbers were correctly listed on the purchase order and my email receipt. Sending back wrong items required my time to take photos of each item, packaging, and write them a new $#*!ing email and only then would they send a return label. They would not offer any type of compensation even when I tried to purchase the correct items again through them on the phone. No inventory checks, no upgraded or discounted shipping. No discount on parts. The phone operators were lifeless pieces of $#*! and now my car has rusty valves because it has been sitting open for a month in the winter which will require a full disassembly and cleaning. Will tell every Nissan owner I know not to trust this site.
