Have had to place two different orders, had to cancel first order because it was stuck at verification despite all instructions being followed and am yet to receive a refund for this attempted purchase, created a new order and now I'm back at square 0, having payed twice as much as intended just to receive nothing, would not recommend, doesn't work properly and receive uninformative automated responses which just make the experience even more frustrating.

I apologize for what happened and I'd be glad to explain the delay with payment verification The secure order verification process is often completed within minutes. In some cases when the volume is high, it may take longer. Since they're handling payments, they are carefully reviewing orders to avoid fraudulent transactions.
