Without question this is one of the worst places I have ever delt with. Called them about problems, tried to explain what was going on but he wouldn't listen and continued to just talk over me every time I said anything. Claimed they would send a refund but never did. I ordered a product and received something I did not order instead. They tried to tell me that is the only way the manufacturer sells it but that is not stated on the site at all.
