Without question this is one of the worst places I have ever delt with. Called them about problems, tried to explain what was going on but he wouldn't listen and continued to just talk over me every time I said anything. Claimed they would send a refund but never did. I ordered a product and received something I did not order instead. They tried to tell me that is the only way the manufacturer sells it but that is not stated on the site at all. Beware

I' m am an electrical contractor and have a landscape lighting project quickly approaching that involves lighting for 468 homes in Snell Isle St. Petersburg, FL. I spoke with a representative and was promised free shipping on this first order of demo light fixtures. Upon ordering the lights none of the representatives knew what I was talking about. This is just bad for future business.

Exactly what I was looking for. They had a hard to find item, similar to a light fixture we had that was installed over 20 years ago.
This company will send you whatever they have even if its not what you ordered and then refuse to exchange or return you funds. Ordered two outdoor light fixtures and two LED bulbs. Fixtures were defective and they send the wrong bulbs which I couldn't use. Refused to issue a RMA to process an exchange or return. I'm stuck with $241 of crap I can't use. If they have exactly what you order, you may get lucky but if they don't, you don't know what you may end up with. Customer service is a joke. They will literally insult you in an effort to get you to go away.

UPS box was smashed at both ends. No product was visibly damage. Product was installed on Sunday and worked. Lights where not a bright as through!

If you want a great selection of lights that can really take on all weather conditions, this is the place. The solid brass lights I bought for our new house are perfect for the harsh conditions on the Washington Coast. And the sales staff is always available and helpful.

These lights are spendy but worth it. If you want more than one light of a certain kind, plan ahead and buy (1) light first to test it out before you buy the rest of them.

Salesperson recommend the standard 3 watt bulb and it is dim, doesn't provide great lighting. If you buy from these folks upgrade to the 5 watt bulb. Transformers are also under powered if you put 12 lights with longer Cabel run need more power
C2C Lighting is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. There are no dimensions on their outdoor products. I purchased 3 which looked similar to the 25 outdoor lights I have. They were completely INCOMPATIBLE. The light shines thru and is OBNOXIOUS. I called the company and spoke with David, who apparently is a supervisor at C2C. He told me to fill out the return form--After paying a staggering $119 plus $22 for shipping, this UNETHICAL company gives me 5 options: 1) Return within 30 days and pay 35% restocking fee 2) I placed my order and its been past the 30 days and I agree to a 50% restocking, 3) I wish to exchange and agree to pay shipping back and forth with a stocking fee 4) I received wrong item do not want an exchange and accept a 35% restocking fee 5) I wish to cancel the order I placed via online or telephone and accept a 10% administrative fee--- PLUS they have a note "Items made from Brass or Copper can not be cancelled after 60 minutes from placing order--------Don't deal with UNETHICAL CRAPPY COMPANY!

You cannot rate a business lower - this was pre COVID so no excuse.
From the get go they were hard to get a hold of and would not call me back after I had placed my order
First I got the wrong item that took 60 days to get, then the sent me damaged lights 60 days later.
After I called and told them this the second time Hector got all rude and said he would take them back and give me a refund. Since we had already sold the home these were going on he said I could return them for a refund. So I sent them back. They refused them. $1000 worth of lights. When I got them back I called them and told them what happened and they said they would not take them back. I said I would do a charge back, and the guy started yelling at me. Would call my phone at all hours of the day and night harrasing me after sticking me with a $1000 charge for two lights I could no longer use. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY or at least look at all their other reviews on countless websites. ALL HORRIBLE> I wish I would have seen them before placing an order =(

Your website is very confusing. I had to call sales for help. Mike was very helpful. Also, your site doesn't give an estimated order arrival date. This is my first time ordering products from you. Until I get the order and know whether I'm happy with it, I won't know if I can say I'll ever do business with you again. Thus, how can I give you much of a rating?
DO NOT buy from this company. They are pros at fraud. They ship different items than ordered then try to charge you huge restocking fees. They know the rules of the CC companies and hide comments in the purchase agreement to steal from customers. I have never in my life dealt with such crooks. They are so rude it is amazing. They called me after I was upset they set wrong times and yelled at me on the phone. What yell at your customer? What a joke of a company. They even threatened to write bad reviews about me, the customer... LOL you are crooks c2clighting. They have so many bad reviews that they have to pay a review service to show only good ones on their website. Those are probably fake too. YOU ARE CROOKS! Just google the reviews and look at how many customers they screwed over. Can I do a negative 5 stars?
Ordering from this company was great, I called and was quickly taken care of. Will test the products when they arrive.
1. I was tricked into paying a $15 surcharge because my 1st order was under $75. They tell you too late in the billing process to go back and increase your order to avoid the surcharge.
2. A bulb burned out prematurely & they ignore 2 attempts to get a replacement.
If there was a way to award ZERO stars I would do so!
I was not aware of the $15 surcharge for orders under $75 and almost got caught before ordering an additional item to avoid this fee. Not impressed!
Should provide a link to the terms and conditions, instead of just text to the web address. Should also be clear about shipping costs before checkout. All this after charging an additional $5 for no light bulb. I just felt screwed at every step, but am in a hurry so I just sucked it up and moved on. Not happy.
Great support experience last order. Shift supervisor answered an email in 15 minutes. Needed faster delivery this time, a little pricey on three day but I need them.
After I had purchased 2 lights and entered payment details, the checkout informed me of a $15 surcharge as my order was 'below $75'. I now have a bill for 2 lights for $99! If tge process had been more open I might have increased my order. Now - no chance! Please cancel. I can't see a place to do that...
I made a big order through this website. Two pave lights came with broken glasses and missing bulbs. After contacting them, i was told that those lights should be used w/o protecting glasses anyway, and they didn't respond to the missing bulbs at all.
I also had 4 step lights which ended not a good fit our landscaping, so I asked to return those. They said they don't usually accept returns since it was a custom paint (I ordered black and did not notice about this policy!). But since i had a big order, they asked me to fill in a return form and faxed to them. The next day, they responded with: cannot return since it was custom paints! Don't know what to say, really the worst shopping experience. Now I stuck with 4 useless step lights and 2 broken pave lights.
Shipping is ridiculous. $56 for a $100 order that could likely fit in a $12 flat rate box. Consider reviewing/reconsidering who you utilize for shipping cause you'll probably sell a lot more inventory.
