I had 6 windows installed for over $12,000 and have to duct tape the screens from falling out. After 2 yrs. And visits even by the company owner -- as well as broken promises and no shows -- I want settlement in the form of cash. I'm in my golden years so-to-speak and have health issues now. I spend much of my time in Arizona now instead of Maryland. Now they claim they'll fix the problem but nothing teaches a lesson like cash and they need to be taught one. Small claims here I come.

I've used Thoughts to Paper and many other patent companies and I feel safe to say that I'm in safe hands.
