My experience with this company was beyond horrible. I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding and it didn't fit. Their refund/refund policy is a complicated nigjtmare involving taking numerous pictures and email after email. Bottom line, they refused to refund my money so I am stuck with a dress I cannot wear. I was contacted by the seller after complaining aggressively and I was told that I would receive a 35 dollar partial tefund if I submitted a review saying the dress was beautiful. The dress is beautiful, so I reluctantly agreed to do this. I submitted the review and I have heard nothing since! I am still stuck with a 100 dollar dress that I am unable to wear!
