People complaining about the company makes me weary but in my opinion, any issue should be minor considering the amount of items the site DOES has listed while working through their backstock and the fact that proceeds do benefit somewhere, even if it can't be every school at once.
If the clothing does, hopefully, show up at least it was cheap and benefiting someone, somewhere. If it doesn't show up then I'm sorry that is a poorly run company but hopefully it isn't that terrible of service. We'll see.
