I ordered about 35 table clothes for my wedding a couple months ago. When I first received the boxes I opened one to check them out (there were 3 boxes), the color was perfect & everything seemed good. Last night I went to open all the boxes to iron them, since my wedding is in one week. One of the boxes was full of COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR table clothes. Of course I got right on live chat with customer service (since they do not have a phone number) and was told since my order was placed over 3 weeks ago they will not do anything but give me 10% off my next order to get the correct color. I have 17 WRONG COLOR table clothes and all they can do is give me 10%, no refund, no exchange, NOTHING to help. HORRIBLE COMPANY & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVE!
