Box said dry ice is a maybe although 4 of my 6 items were perishable. Luckily there was 1 small piece.
On the site the pic of the brisket looks already cooked; it's not. No written mention of this.
No cooking instructions (Temp? Time?) for the ribs although all the other items had them.

The whole point of ordering over the phone was because I didn't want to put my personal info online.
If customer service could start to re- take the order why couldn't she complete it?
Tip for consumers: Unsure if free shipping on this particular product is applicable all the time.
