Update of my earlier review. I had paid for expedited shipping for a dress but the dress arrived two weeks later than promised causing a lot of stress. The dress itself was a great fit and looked like pictured. Customer service had contacted me immediately after my previous review promising a refund of shipping costs, which they came through with. I am now fully satisfied with my purchase and how customer service had quickly responded and provided a satisfactory resolution. Am open to repurchasing from them again.
