One star is definitely too high for them. I wish there's a negative rating. The night before the scheduled two day moving window, they called and said they couldn't make it. I told them I had to move in those two day. They hang up and never called back again. I emailed the sales person, asking for my deposit of $540 back since the move has never happened, because they couldn't make it according to the contract. The lady said they'll review the case, then stopped responding. It's been more than a month now. I tried to email them through their website email, didn't get any response either. Just tried their phone number today, no response. How could they do this to people? How could I get my money back?
