Tried to get assistance via chat today. Opened a chat window and at 12:53 Erika asked how she could help. I wrote out my challenges and heard NOTHING. Not a "I'll check into it" or "I'm checking into it." NOTHING. At 1:02 I asked for a response. At 1:06 I asked for a response. At 1:10, I commented that it appeared that the online reviews about customer service were correct. NOTHING. At 1:11 I indicated it would be the last $99 AVG would get from me and I would be deleting the product and moving onto another. Finally, a response (ha)! The customer service rep ended the call.
