“Truly terrible and the problem isn't fixed”

Terrible experience. I had a leak pouring through my kitchen ceiling, the plumber not only did not know what was the cause of the leak, he seemed totally uninterested in solving my problem. He tried to leave having done no actual work (besides putting a whole in my first storey floor boards) and eventually resealed some of the shower. The leak is still present and I was charged for 2 hours of labour for nothing.
