First of all, I would give a negative rating if possible...
I ordered $165 worth of parts and they divided the order into 2 shipments. I didn't know this until I recieved an empty box without the contents and I contacted their customer service.
THEN they made getting a refund for the parts that were supposed to have been in the empty box, an absolutely nightmare and I STILL haven't gotten that money yet... supposedly its been processed. We will see...
Then the so-called "second box" that they claim to have sent, I never recieved! And they are refusing to refund the money because they claim I didnt make a claim before their 7 day limit to claim a missing or damaged item! How was I supposed to know when it was delivered? It never arrived! I assumed they would have been shipped together since I ordered them together, and that my entire order in theory would have been in that box that was missing contents! USPS literally stamped on the front of that box that it was sealed WITHOUT contents when they recieved it.
So, now I'm out almost $100 and supposedly being refunded for the remaining amount. It's TOTAL bull crap... This company does NOT care about making it right... Great Job Nissan Part Deals... hope you feel fantastic for taking money from a struggling single mom who is just trying to get my Armada running so I can drive it to work... What a freaking JOKE!
