Successfully bided on an item Dec 14th, communicated w auction house to make payment and to arrange for shippers, within 3 days Live Auctioneers charged my credit card with added fees, than we made the mistake to agree for LA to handled the shipping and did not receive the item until Jan 13 one month later. Their so called Managment Team are poor communicators and make up excuses for their lack of competence, in fact they blamed the auction house and the shipper for us not receiving our item and added fees, which was a TOTAL LIE. When we called the shipper to why the item had not been shipped, they said "Item has been packed and ready to ship for over a week, and we have sent 3 request for LA to issue a shipping label which they have not responded to at all". Than after all of this bad service from LA they charged us another added fee for shipping as well. Our future plan… just going to use LA's platform to search for items of interest and than bidding direct with the auction houses, bypassing LA permanently.
