Canada Only should have no stars! I put in an order on April 13th and contacted them frequently over the next two months because the order was always marked "shipment pending". According to their customer service, the order hadn't come in, was coming in shortly, was backordered, etc., etc., etc. When I finally cancelled the order and asked for my money back, Customer Service said that I should claim through Paypal because they were having trouble with their system, Paypal, of course, informed me of the time limit to request a refund through Paypal. By being a patient customer, it looks like I am out of luck with respect to my $48.97. My credit card company has promised to look into the issue but has made no guarantee. I, however, promise to be a real pain in the neck until I get my money back.
