I ordered my FAVORITE CEREAL EVER french toast crunch from them and needless to say I was so excited when it arrived!!! I haven't had it since I was like 15 it was a little expensive but it was so worth it. I bought flat rate shipping and had it on my doorstep ~2 weeks after ordering. Only 4 stars because it was so pricey but otherwise, fantastic!

I didn't read the reviews on sitejabber until I had placed the order. So I became very worried or even scared. Luckily, it finally arrived, much later than I had expected, though. Somewhat horrible experience.

Never received the order. Got one response to an e-mail asking for more money to expedite a X-Mas order- good thing I did not do that. Disputing credit card charges.

7 weeks and nothing shipped. Unanswered emails and poor excuses. I had to file a dispute with Paypal. They did not respond until the last day. I received a full refund from Paypal, thanks Paypal! There are many bad reviews about this website, do your research.

BE VERY CAUTIOUS! My $50 order was never shipped and I'm still waiting for here from customer service. ZERO communication. Total rip-off site.

Yes 'Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!' I had to 'harass' them for 4 months to get a refund. My order never shipped. They reply to email about once a month with fake excuses. Total scam.

Credit card charged, but order never shipped. Call to the customer service phone only get disconnected. No response from their on line chat. I agree with the other reviewers; only wish I had seen the reviews before I placed an order.

Canada Only should have no stars! I put in an order on April 13th and contacted them frequently over the next two months because the order was always marked "shipment pending". According to their customer service, the order hadn't come in, was coming in shortly, was backordered, etc., etc., etc. When I finally cancelled the order and asked for my money back, Customer Service said that I should claim through Paypal because they were having trouble with their system, Paypal, of course, informed me of the time limit to request a refund through Paypal. By being a patient customer, it looks like I am out of luck with respect to my $48.97. My credit card company has promised to look into the issue but has made no guarantee. I, however, promise to be a real pain in the neck until I get my money back.

FRAUD! If only I could give them zero stars, I would. They just stole our money and never sent us the product we ordered. We were keeping asking them for status and even they promised to investigate, but just lied.
Now it's almost an year and Eric who promised to ship the items or return us money never did it. This is FRAUD! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
Below is just a little fragment of our endless correspondence:

Please be advised that Canada Post investigations may take up to 30 days to complete, but many are resolved much faster. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this issue!

DO NOT BUY FROM CANADAONLY.CA--This company should receive NO stars.

Repeated attempts to contact company about order/unshipped goods failed.
Phone number removed from website. Numbers found were out-of-service.

The company collects through "moneybookers.com"--who then posts it as from "Blueleaf International Ltd." When you go to the site... it states "prepaidgametime.com" in the URL bar... further searches yielded an additional site "organicsonly.ca" under the same company title:"Blueleaf International Ltd.".

Ironically, the site says that: "Blue Leaf's main industry is eCommerce"

The "commerce" part is collecting payments for unshipped goods from unsuspecting customers, then holding the money until the purchase reaches the dispute level with the Credit Card company... nice work if you can get it!

I started dispute with my Credit Card Company, and they found it strange that the site would be out of Canada, charging CAD dollars, yet was processed in EUROS from an external site in GREAT BRITAIN.

This is a HUGE Scam... find your favourite Canadian Treats elsewhere--you will never see the product you purchased!
