Made my on line order on Dec 4, reply was 3-5 business days. On Dec 18 sent a note to customer service asking if the address was ok as I have not recieved or heard anything. Response was " order shipped December 6 2022– Customers who selected Ship to Store will receive a separate notification from the store to confirm that the package is ready for pick up once the store receives it. Shipping takes 5-10 business days once it leaves our warehouse. If you are not contacted by Dec. 21" Sent a note to customer service on Dec 22nd as I still did not recieved my order and the response was basically "don't know where your order is but we can refund your money". So basically 18 days after ordering and now 3 days before Christmas having lots of opportunity to avoid a potential issue. I was left with "sorry no item for you here", we are sending your money back you are your own bye. Thankfully, the young ladies at the STC and square one locations heard me out and found what seemed to be the only store in the city that had my item in the size required. However, it was a 2hr drive round trip which could have been avoided... if the on-line customer service actually provided customer service. But I get now, you just don't want my business, lesson learned thanks.
