I recently shop at Londonderry mall Suzy
I asked them clearly is it your online price and shop price is same.cashier was trying her best to sell the membership card and she lied to us saying both online and store price same
After I came home I checked online was only $30
I spend $50 to get the item and membership
Because it's 40% off after you buy the membership but you're spending $25 to buy a membership
I should have save $20 than buying your membership
I complained to their customer service they just explained about my receipt that I already know.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
