I purchased 3 pairs of shoes and waited about 7 weeks for all of them. Finally, I had to sign for the last pair, unlike the previous two pair of shoes that came. Now, I know why... They sent the wrong shoes all together and I bet it was not a mistake. So, to confuse the situation, they have proof that they sent them because they required me to sign for the package. The other two shoes arrived, no signature required and they were the correct ordered shoes. Yes! I did receive the ugliest pair of shoes ever! This company just cheated me out of money!. I bet this is where the communication breaks down, but we were able to communicate enough to get my hard earned money! SHAME... I hate being taken advantage of.
