Buyers beware:
1. Yes, the items are very cheap so please expect cheap quality
2. Delivery takes a lifetime. Looking at the tracking history of items I've ordered, the trend is that product packing and international delivery takes a long time - more than 30 days. Interestingly enough, 30 days is the timeframe you MUST log a refund under their 'money-back guarantee' policy...
To be fair, I've ordered a total of 52 items from Wish. Some items are great although I have regretted a few purchases. I'm still waiting on 4 of those items to be delivered so that's a successful delivery rate of 92%. 2 of the 4 were ordered as early as April 11,2020 whilst the 4th item I'm waiting for was ordered on June 11,2020. One tracking info shows it's 'departed from EPC warehouse' whilst another shows 'Wishpost order generated' ie. No one has even packed my order so I don't even have a tracking ID for this item...
Today is Christmas Day 2020 so that's 8 months of waiting and I've missed their 30-day window. No need to contact their customer support because it's practically a bot (or multiple people copying and pasting a scripted response) who tells you repeatedly that they cannot offer a refund, even though I've repeatedly said I want them to connect me to their sellers, that I'm not asking for a refund and that I'm aware of their 30-day timeframe. Unlike other e-commerce sites like AliExpress, Wish doesn't allow you to directly contact sellers.
Bottom line - Please spend the amount that you're absolutely comfortable to lose if the products never arrive at your doorstep after 30-days.
