I love kickboxing! It's a such a great workout, I'm not one to jump on the scale and to be honest it's very rare that I do but I started kickboxing about a month ago and I can see and feel the difference on my body it may not be much I see it! I go twice a week and look forward to going everytime the staff is incredible they push you enough to where you're able to do it and then the following class they push you a little harder they're so supportive and all-around great people!
