Ridiculous. I ordered my son's hoverboard 18 days ago, and I already knew that I may not have received this gift until after Christmas. I have left 3 messages and 4 emails requesting an update on my order and have yet to receive ANY response. Slow shipping and response time is an understatement. If I don't receive a response in the next 48 hours I suppose I'll have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge since no one is available at this company but an automated message to cancel my order. Very unprofessional.
