I've ordered a hover board (my 7 year old bought for her birthday) and yet have not received tracking on the item. My card was charged a week ago. I'm trying to call into the *******997 and no one is available to talk to. I 've emailed them several times and no response. I have a little one at home that ask everyday if this is coming. Horrible customer service if you ask me. If no response by tomorrow I'm contacting better business bureau. It's a shame that no follow ups are given to a customer when the credit card was already charged!
