I have been very disappointed with this company and their poor service. My husband started corresponding with Dream World Travel on the 2nd of September in need of a date change for our December flights and after many emails there has been no resolution and little assistance. All email responses have come 7 days later with useless replies that show little effort and respect. It is clear that the customer service operators are there simply for show as they haven't been able to assist us in any way. My husband has requested phone calls to no avail and the last straw was when one of your operators put the phone down on him today. This is unacceptable and I am shocked that in the current climate your company is not able to handle the needs of your customers. We require assistance with our flights and the reality is we wish we hadn't booked through you as it has caused massive inconvenience for us.
