Tip for consumers:
They don't listen to what you are telling them and even if they asked the you the specific question and you answered them. They don't even acknowledge it They just keep telling you the same thing over and over not predating to your question or concern. They don't even have the answer to basic questions not just tax questions but questions about there services.nevergive you an answer just go with the same answer even though your telling them that's not what your asking. Save the headache.
