I made a mistake and was tricked to buy a 2nd plan. I cannot afford it and despite explaining and providing bank statements - they wouldn't refund me whatsoever within less than 24h of subscribing. Avoid this company at all cost
Tip for consumers:
A company which is not customer friendly! No empathy and no policies to cancel a mistake or change of mind within 24 hours like any normal company! Don’t get trick, don’t buy it, avoid it!!
