To be blunt arrived at the Everett North location and was eventually told to be put on the DNR list due to the room being found trashed after I checked. This is false because I always leave a room the same as when I check-in. On that day and the preceding days made multiple attempts to find the reason for this mistake but was given a run around by the hotel staff that I must speak to the general manager, who wouldn't be available until the morning after the day I was supposed to check in. Anyways I would like to add that any location I stayed at always has issues with dirty floors. And problems with missing equipment (clock) and shortage of required laundry, leaky faucets, and malfunctioning AC heat units. A little about myself is that I am a homeless veteran and had left the property with no room for the night. I informed and placed a police report with the Everett police, but they couldn't get any answer. I contacted corporate guest services, and they said they finished investigating but informed me of the final decision based on the fiction or lie that the room was wreaked of drugs based on any proof that I committed those offenses. If I currently work as a full-time truck driver, it would be against the law to consume illegal substances. A week had passed, and I knew other customers had been in the room since then. Corporate guest services also said there is nothing else they can do because it is their legal right to refuse service at any time. I was placed on the Extended Stay America 'Do Not Rent' list because it may be retaliation for poor reviews and comments at the various locations. I didn't want to cause issues with their business just wanted them to know what was going on and found in the rooms I rented. Every customer service representative I spoke with over the phone stopped referring me as a customer. Below are the photo correspondences and proof they were not hesitant in canceling my reservation without proper investigation on my part made on my behalf to Extended Stay America guest services. The general manager at the Everett North location never returned my call. This can be a procedural and interactional injustice regarding various management decisions that influenced their decision to ban me from the Extended Stay America network.
