I am a loyal player which spent over $100 in just a week of playing Shop Titans. The most recent in-app purchase I bought did not show up in my account. Thinking it was some payment delay, I waited. After a few days, still no item so I requested for a refund from iTunes.
Later, my account was banned from important features and my gems (premium currency) was at a negative amount.
I reached out to player support and they told me I need to pay 2x the amount to have my account unbanned & gems restored to the original amount.
On top of that, they blame the player for fraud when we didn't receive our product.
