At the end of April, our flights (B83YQV) were cancelled by WizzAir. On 4th May, WizzAir confirmed by email that a 100% agency credit refund had been processed. On 17th May, we completed the relevant Schedule Change Form requested by Jetabroad. More than 6 weeks have since passed and we are still yet to receive a response or refund from Jetabroad. Easy to book, very poor after service.
