Jetabroad works. You buy tickets from them and you get to fly. Most of the bad reviews happened because people tried to make changes after purchase. In those cases, Jetabroad probably did not handle the changes as efficiently as people expected. Regardless, Jetabroad gave me what I paid for, and it is Not a scam.
The airline initiated 2 separate changes to my flights. Jetabroad created a fake sense of urgency by demanding almost $100 to change the ticket within 24h which I didn't have the time to dispute so I reluctantly paid. The flight then changed again and they tried the same trick again. I eventually had to contact the airline directly who confirmed the agent was supposed to change it but were able to update it free of charge. Utter scam. Avoid at all costs

I almost never leave reviews for anything, but this company is so ridiculously terrible that so felt the need to warn people from using it. They will change your flight times constantly (5 changes in two months) and will charge you when they do it. The most recent charge they gave me for an involuntary change was over 200 USD. You can't get ahold of the company to do anything about it, you can't stop them from messing with your itinerary, it's all terrible.
Save yourself a ton of stress and go with literally any other booking option.
I have tried so hard to reach out to jetabroad many times, in which they say I haven't, in a automatic email to try and get my e-ticket from them. I have had no response at all, and have no idea whether or not we will be able to board our flights. Our flights got changed an jetabroad said if we confirm with the airline everything will be okay, which we had done. But now they are saying they won't give us the ticket unless we pay over $100, but won't even tell us where to pay! This is ridiculous and so stressful, I would give them a zero if I could
Booked the flights May '23 They sent me up-charge of $261 towards the $1,930 I already was charged for, to keep my flights. On the day of travel my name wasn't on flight logs. Had to buy a new ticket elsewhere. That caused me so much frustration and headaches.
I would never ever ever but a ticket with jetabroad ever again. They simply don't care that they are selling tickets to real humans in real life and hide behind email. Zero care and zero help when things go wrong.

Booked flights, had the initial leg cancelled by the airline, had no communication from Jetabroad for weeks. I would hassle them weekly across email (which they don't advertise anymore) and via their facebook page. When I finally got a response, I was told that I'd have to pay $500+ in either change or cancellation fees and that this was inline with Australian Consumer Law. I decided to cancel in Jan 2022 and rebook directly with another airline. It's now April 2022 and I don't have a single update regarding the refund. If there was a zero star option I would've selected that. Will never use them again.
This company is not legit. They are deceptive, misleading, manipulative, and extort their customers with unjustified fees. They refuse to provide cheaper tickets and only allow you to make changes to more expensive tickets. They have arbitrary fees for everything and I would have been better off just booking directly through the airlines. It was a hard and painful lesson, but never believe the hype when you hear companies such as Jetabroad offering "cheap" flights. Their business model is to tack on arbitrary fees after you have made the purchase and they make it impossible to get out without taking at least a $300 loss. Customer service does not exist and their predatory practices should be investigated by the proper authorities. I booked my ticket through Kayak not and frankly, having companies like Jetabroad on their platform tarnishes their reputation. I would never recommend anybody in their right mind use Jetabroad for anything. You may think you can save money with them, but trust me, you WON'T!

Booked flights January 2020 to travel July 2020. I get covid has caused chaos, but this company are sharks. The airlines for part of the journey made immediate contact upon being changed/ cancelled, but this shower are blaming the reputable airline for delay in refunding almost £2,000. Friends have lost their jobs and need the refund to survive, yet over 12 months since booked, and six months since we should have travelled, no communication let alone refund. DO NOT USE THIS DREADFUL, RUDE company. If I could give a minus score, I would.
Do NOT trust them, they are frauds. I canceled my flight in 2 hours and they charge me for that 770$ My case is still investigating. It is not even company!

Went through the entire process of searching for a multi flight booking, checking times of arrival and departure and any extra baggage costs then tried to book my ticket- going through the whole process of passing on all relevant information, but when I pressed "pay" I kept coming up with "an error has occurred". Tried 3 times with the same result. Im left wondering?

This is the worst booking service I have ever experienced. I missed an email that went to spam from jetAbroad and my entire reservation was cancelled and they do not want to refund. TERRIBLE service, and good luck getting ahold of any customer service. I have been trying to get ahold of customer service for days and have had no luck.
Jetabroad is horrible. They provided me with wrong information and I booked a non-refundable trip based on this. When I complained, they responded by saying that they could not guarantee that their information was correct. Horrible. DO NOT USE JETABROAD.

Have cancelled we'll over a month ago. Had emails saying be patient. Which I have now airline sending confirmation of flight this Thursday. I thought jet aboard cancelled airline saying call travel agent jet aboard saying see airline so confused about to loose money. Grrrr

We booked flights with Jetabroad to Thailand and Indonesia beginning of last year 2020. We could not travel due to Covid-19 -flights were cancelled by airline (Thai Airways) who advised us to claim a refund from the agent. Jetabroad does not communicate to update us of the situation. I am a regular traveler and for future bookings I will never recommend Jetabroad to any of my family and friends. We don't even know when we will get our refund it's been ALMOST A WHOLE YEAR NOW. WORST TRAVEL AGENT EVER!

Sure the tickets are affortable, but it's impossible to get through to any customer service. There is literally no help request form, no number to call, and an automatic non-response email on their facebook page. I bought international tickets with Jetabroad specifically because they advertised advanced seat selection was included. When I went to select my seats with the airlines, the message was "check in required". This is blatant false advertising and with no way to get ahold of ANYONE and a $400 cancellation fee no matter what the issue, this business is taking incredible advantage of customers. It's ludicrous.
