Just as described, time will be the judge. Fast shipping, packed well and all hardware was included. Only problem I had was with the aluminum crimps on the end of the straps. Many were not crimped hard enough so they would fit through buckle or they just came off. Melting the ends was an easier alternative to putting back on.
